Mr. Máximo Benitez is a highly experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience in finance, project management, transformation and supply chains, and more than a decade leading strategic projects and large-scale multidisciplinary teams. Most of his professional career was working at the multinational Cargill, known for being the largest private company in the United States, but Máximo has also worked at Unilever, a member of the Global Fortune 500 group, and Deloitte Touche & Tomatsu (DTT), a consulting firm belonging to the Big Four group and Fortune 500.

Throughout his career, Máximo has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive organizational transformations generating savings of more than $100 million through more than 400 transformation projects. His commitment to continuous improvement and innovation is complemented by a solid academic background, including his Bachelor degree with honors in Accounting and postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Social Responsibility.

He also stands out for his inclusive leadership and his role as a mentor of diverse talent, promoting gender equality and the professional development of young talents in Latin America. Certified in Lean Six Sigma and with extensive experience in project management under the PMBOK framework, Máximo combines innovative strategies with impeccable execution to transform challenges into opportunities, as well as drive effective and sustainable changes.
